COMPANY HISTORY

Prudential Bridgeport Inc., REALTORS®, as it is known today, has been in business and under the same ownership in the greater Cape Girardeau area for the past 27 years.  Roger Skinner and David Dormeyer founded the company in 1979.  Bridgeport REALTORS® was originally located at 118 N.  Pacific in Cape Girardeau, Missouri. In 1984, a new office was built at its present location on South Broadview in the west end of Cape Girardeau. In 1993, Bridgeport was selected by The Prudential Real Estate Affiliates, Inc. to become the franchise in this area.

Today, Prudential Bridgeport Inc., REALTORS®, has continuously been one of the top-producing real estate companies in the region.  The 22 member sales staff have received numerous sales awards with an average sales experience of 12 years.  All agents work with commercial and residential sales and are experienced in executive and company relocation services.
