Roger Skinner, owner and managing broker, is a native of this area, having graduated from Southeast Missouri State University with a degree in business. In 1973, following a two-year tour with the U.S. Army, Roger entered the real estate field full time. He is married to Joanie, a teacher with Jackson R-2 Schools.  They have four children:  Natalie, Ashley, and twin sons, Nathan and Andrew, and seven grandchildren.  One of the founding members of the Noon-Optimist Club, Roger served as the first president and has held other positions in the club. He is a member of Cape Bible Chapel, and he and Joanie enjoy traveling and meeting people around the world.
